This version of the OPAC is primarily written in Liquid for Jekyll, plus a tiny Ruby plugin to allow for pagination. No Javascript is used in the interface. It currently reads from a rather convoluted CSV file. I hope to switch to a proper bibliographic format in the future, such as marc (or more jekyll-friendly variants like marc-json) or BIBFRAME (which natively supports json).
